Seeing you in my mind ,
remembering you as i leave the days behind,
how the time has passed away i will never know,
but the memories will stay forever and more,
remember the days of youthful exuberance,
the times we played in the cheery sun shade,
those days where tomorrow always came and time was just a thing to pass.
think back on the beautiful days,
the places where we sat all day and laughed with wholesome gaiety,
the places are still there but there are no friends to spare,
remember the times we sat all night,
talking of the days to come,
those soulful conversations with no meaning or point,
thinking of how far we ve come.
the days may be shorter and the nights may become longer,
but my friends these memories will never fade,
So,adieu my friends till we meet again.
